Rather than roaming the event or capturing candid moments, I stay in one location to create a welcoming space where everyone can be photographed looking their best. It’s a fun and relaxed experience that ensures your loved ones are celebrated in timeless, high-quality images.

Payment: Half of your total payment is required to secure your booking. This payment is non-refundable.
Additional Services:Event Portrait Photography: Extra hours for Event Portrait Station is $250.00/hour due before event or paid before online gallery reveal.
Travel Fees: Travel fees apply beyond 50 miles of Twin Cities, MN - $0.67 per mile, round trip from 55106 location.

Booking Date: Dates are first come, first serve to reserve your date. We will email you regarding our photography services, event details and/or portrait session.
One-Time Reschedule:
Event Portrait Photography: Clients may reschedule one time upon giving 1 week’s (7 days) notice to Pa Chia Xiong Photography.
Forfeiture: If rescheduling is requested with less than time indicated above (One-time Reschedule) or if the session is canceled, the session fee is non-refundable.
Session Transfer: Sessions can be transferred to another person with at least 2 week’s notice for the same kind of session only. All transfers must be approved by Pa Chia Xiong.Photographer's Right to Reschedule: The photographer may reschedule the session in case of unforeseen circumstances, such as illness, adverse weather, or equipment issues.

Photographer’s Discretion: The photographer reserves the right to determine if a re-shoot is warranted.
Non-Refundable Situations: Refunds or re-shoots will not be provided due to choices related to clothing, makeup, weather conditions, or failure to follow the photographer’s guidance.

Image Storage: Images are stored on the photographer’s drive for six months before being purged unless selected for promotional use.
No Responsibility for Damage: The photographer is not responsible for any loss or damage to files beyond their control.

Full Payment Required: All orders require full payment unless a payment plan is arranged.
Order Processing: Orders will be processed only after full payment has been received.

Permission Granted to Photographer: By booking, the client grants Pa Chia Xiong the right to copyright and use images for promotional purposes, including advertising.
Release from Claims: The client releases the photographer from any claims regarding the use of the images, including privacy concerns.

Injury Responsibility: The photographer is not liable for any injuries that may occur during the session. Clients are responsible for their safety and the safety of their children, releasing the photographer from any liability.

Copyright Ownership: Pa Chia Xiong Photography retains all copyrights to the images.
Print Release: A print release is provided, allowing the client to print images for personal use within the size limits specified.

Event Portrait Photography
Backdrop Design: Design and custom backdrops are not included, allowing you the freedom to customize your unique style and vision. -
Timeline: Please allow 14 days (2 weeks) to deliver your retouched photos.
Online Gallery: A link to your photo session gallery will be sent via email. Extra digital outtakes can be purchased for $75 per digital photo.
